I would 100% recommend IMC Real Estate for property management and project management if improvements need to be made. Raquel was an absolute professional that delivered results exceeding my expectations. I had rental goals I wanted to achieve and she advised me on what was needed to accomplish that. The upgrades, service managing and projects she recommended were fair and reasonable. She entertained my (sometimes) elementary questions or concerns with patience and understanding.

In the end, her hard work and project management landed me the type of tenant I was looking for with the price my house deserved. If you need your property management right, call IMC Real Estate. I can only speak for Raquel, but if her associates are half as effective as her: you'll be in good hands.

I have used JBL Property Management for over 3 years to manage my property. I’m extremely happy with them. Raquel the Property Manager is fantastic. She took care of it as if it were her own property. She found replacement tenants quickly when the previous ones sometimes leave. She was careful to save money whenever possible on repairs came up. Since I own several properties all over the country I know the value of a great property Management company. When you find a good one, don’t let it go:-)
