One of their agents has been calling and harassing me for over 10 years in an effort to get a listing on some of my properties. Who has that much free time on their hands? I have told the agent repeatedly, no less than 50 times that I wasn't interested. The agent either has a hearing problem, isn't too bright, or gets off on harassing people. As a licensed real estate broker myself, I'm embarrassed when I see a fellow licensee act in such an unprofessional and childish manner. If you see these guys calling, BLOCK THEM, they are a nightmare.

This company calls me about 2-3 times a week asking about if we are interested in properties that are in different states. I've told them numerous times to stop calling, to remove me from their contact list, and that we are not interested. How or why would a small non-profit in Los Angeles purchase a building in Texas (that's just one example)?! They say that I've clicked on an advert of theirs so they are following up. They also know that I am not interested and have started answering their calls without identifying which company they are with. I don't know what they are talking about as I block all emails that come from them (I get so many). Even so, they take one allegedly viewing an email as an open invitation to barrage them with unsolicited phone calls. Our organization potentially could have business, here in LA, but I will NEVER consider this company because of this harassment that will not cease.

Very unprofessional scumbag company that keeps calling in spite of me being on both my state and the national do not call lists, plus me specifically advising them of that each time they call and asking them to remove me. Last agent that called me, Brayden Conner, abruptly hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns - very rude and unprofessional. I'm fed up and filed a complaint with both our state attorney general and the FTC. Filing a BBB complaint next.

Absolute disaster of a company. They have called me every week for the past 26 weeks. Every single phone call, I have told him to remove my number from their list. They keep calling anyways, sometimes the same person, but most of the times a different person. Do not do business with this company. I will file a complaint with the FCC

They are Amazing!!! Kyle Matthews started this company and brought Dave Harrington on board to run the Apartment sector. These guys are like Batman and Robin. The best group to deal with. I have purchased 3 properties with their help in the past year. I recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately they are very unprofessional. We tried to lease a space and after a couple of times going to the space and writing a Letter Of Intent with their help ,they didn't even bother themselves to get back to us. When we reached out to our agent he didn't pick up the phone and he didn't call back. After a couple of days , I called him using another my friend's phone, he picked up but he pretend he never got my message. It was like working with an immature child.

Do not approach this brokerage. We've had the unpleasant experience of working with them to find a commercial investment property after a few interviews. They do not care what about you or your investment, they want to sell anything to you and get their money in any way they can, even if it means persuading you into something they don't believe in. We've found out even after escrow closes, they did not handle the proper paper works, ie. our new tenant does not even know there was a sale and didn't even send us the rent for 2 months! And also the mortgage lender they've referred and wanted you to work with, they're in the same scheme of getting their commission paid only. I had to pay this lender a large sum of money only to find out they gave us the worst loan terms and did not even bother to negotiate on our behalf. All our emails with him involves % of commission the only thing they cared about. Worse experiences we have with purchasing a real estate.

I just came across details of Kyle's disgusting email to his employees. Masquerading as a professional who cares, who respects people? This man is delusional trash. I hope his employees quite and go to the competitor. I'll be sure to make sure my family and friends never use his company's services.
