Phone never works. I've had to call corporate 4 times this month just to make a payment. The employees tell me to call a secondary number but corporate advised me not to call it to make payments because they don't have it listed. I miss the old management

Customer service was not up to the manner I am accustomed too. Perhaps its due to the turn over in staff. However.
The quality of my merchandise purchase was EXCELLENT.. The delivery service I received was the BEST. I hope their front desk employees improve while I continue my account.

I give aaron's this rating as they are friendly and are very helpful. I've had a little trouble. Paying for something i don't have really gives a person a real bad feeling about this store. I'll never do business with aaron's again.

Don’t appreciate the store manager saying I can’t rent there when I used to be store manager. And also don’t appreciate him sending my sister messages on Facebook cus she’s a week behind if I’m not mistaken that’s not allowed. You can’t send text, can’t message on Facebook and can’t go in when there isn’t an adult home.

Its alright management as its floss and keep eyes open when they bring and take the stuff and look at item very close before you buy it when they bring it and take pictures videos when they take it just saying don't want to be responsible or left with something that supposed to be new and it's not
