Andrew helped us strategize in making a quick offer on a house that we really loved.  We really received outstanding service/representation from Andrew.

He's had 10+ years in the area, I believe, and his direction/guidance in putting together our offer package was spot on.  He worked with the lender and the escrow officer to ensure our 21-day escrow was on track and has a network of contractors, agents and brokers that came in really handy for us -- we managed to obtain a home insurance for the loan package through one of his referrals while there was an insurance moratorium in California after LA fires and none of the companies were issuing homeowner policies.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about roles agents play in home purchases, but in our case Andrew was the valuable team player we could not do without.  It was great bouncing off ideas and asking questions with Andrew.  I especially appreciated how he patiently and respectfully explained to me why some of my ideas for offer strategy were unwise -- he made sure I understood that the final decision was mine, but really his suggestions and the reasons behind the suggestions made far more sense than what I managed to concoct.  Just do what he says and you'll be fine.

I'm done buying/selling for now, but I'd ask Andrew again to represent us as our agent again in a heartbeat.  I would highly recommend him to family & friends.

We ended up using her as our real estate agent because we liked her so much. She then proceeded to find us the perfect investment property, which we purchased.
