Ed found us a perfect home, that not only allowed us to return to Manhattan Beach, but was a perfect “house with potential,” that he ultimately helped us sell this past month at more than double what we paid for it- including all the improvements. I also worked with Ed on my investment properties, and am eternally grateful for his professional education and guidance, and consistent support in achieving my investment goals.

We were both impressed with Ed’s keen understanding of current markets and trends, and he has been consistently honest and accurate in predicting both purchase and selling prices. Through all the inevitable & tedious snafu’s with inspection, escrow, and loans, Ed always finessed quick solutions with acumen, cool and humor.
