They closed early when they were not supposed to be closed, so we couldn't pay rent that day and got a 50 $ late fee the next day we showed up at 4:07 p.m and they were not supposed to close till 4:30 p.m.

This HOA company is unresponsive at its best irresponsible and negligent at its worst. The incompetence by personnel is astounding from an owners perspective you're unable to process payments through their online systems or speak with anyone to address concerns because the telephone system is always down. it's been 10 years of dismal service.

The worst . inpatient and very unprofessional. Never return calls. Show up unannounced. Only do the bare minimum. Cheap on maintenance and they don’t follow up or update their policies or procedures for rental properties.

Dealing with the company has been very challenging. I have popped up several times after several attempts to speak with the property manager. The receptionist is very RUDE. She do not know anything besides taking a name and saying "they will get back to you". My expectations as a property management company is to manage the property which includes but are not limited to: collecting rent (which they have not problem doing), ensuring there are inspection of the property ( check for signs of tenant neglect or areas of concern and safety), and communicating to owners about potential repairs, issues, concern and informing both party of new laws that will affect them. I do understand the pandemic took us all for a ride, but they have been unprofessional even before. Yes, the employee who truly cared have left because the temporary management was not providing any guidance.

My recommendation to renters and landlords is to not utilize them. They are inconsistent in why information is relayed and very unprofessional. I have also noticed a trend in the ethnicity of employees since Mr. Bennett has passed. Be cautious with doing business with this company.

Ever since Mr. Bennett passed the company values have passed! Been a tenant for close to 10 years in the same place and I am just at a loss of why the staff act like I’ve interrupted their day when I call to have a simple lease agreement fulfilled. I’ve tried to get something done for over a month now, with no results! I wonder if the property owner is aware of the neglect to their property?! Maybe I’ll reach out to them to see if they can get things done….

Be warned this realty management is VERY poorly ran. The ones who care about the tenants end up quitting and the ones who stay are given promotions and that leaves them to staff people who have no understanding whatsoever of property management. In addition to being untrained, they are rude and unprofessional! They pick and choose which maintainence requests they respond to for tenants in rentals and hear me when I say our unit waited 3 months for a dumpster to be emptied because International Realty overlooked it. The owner was also highly upset that they stopped paying for a gardener just to cut costs. Avoid renting or doing business with this scam of a place!

Very hard to work with, unresponsive, incompetent. I have had roof leaks in two of my condos both managed by this company and nothing ever got fixed for over 2 years now. The inside of my units is completely damaged with aggressive mold and water coming through light fixtures representing safety hazard but still HOA is not doing anything to fix the leaks and my property continues to get destroyed, tenants living in terrible and unsafe environment. I'm taking legal steps, my patience is over, it's been over 2 years of empty promises and excuses. Terrible company, stay away.

They only want to rent to Hispanics. I gave them the 25 for the credit check, Made over the amount to move in and had fair-close to good credit with excellent rental history. I called after 6 days to get the status of my application and said I didn’t get the place due to collections.BUT THEY NEVER RAN MY CREDIT BECAUSE I GET ALERTS WHEN ANYONE TOUCHES MY CREDIT.. SO HOW WOULD THEY KNOW WHATS ON MY CREDIT? They are very rude and unprofessional and I will be calling BBB on them and a few other numbers because they discriminate against African Americans..
