The Otsego in NoHo is a beautifully designed building and exceptionally well-managed. In all my years renting and working with HOAs, I’ve never met a better on-site manager. I lived there for seven years with my pup and truly enjoyed the balcony views, the public terrace deck, and the entertainment lounge. Along the way, I met neighbors who became lifelong friends—a rare and wonderful experience in Los Angeles. Wishing my neighbors and Josh & the Statewide team all the best!

Excellent vendor service, very helpful in updating the flooring of the kitchen. He was friendly and completed the project quickly without delay. The building manager was on top of the maintenance request with proper follow up. Job well done all all.

I lived at The Abbey for two years and enjoyed my stay. Big thanks to Milo and her team who are friendly and very responsive to inquiries and maintenance requests, no matter how small these are. The building is very well-maintained - regular carpet cleaning the entire year, the hallways always smell fresh and the common areas are always clean. The atmosphere feels light when you enter the building. However, because we are on a very busy street, you can hear the occasional emergency trucks, or the revving up of cars, or the screech of fast driving cars when they suddenly brake, especially late at night - but this is not something that the building owner can help with.

Martha has been the best property manager for me I’ve lived here 4-5 years at DeSoto Courtyard and it was great. The staff and maintenance is polite and very responsive. They are welcoming, the complex is always clean. Any time I needed anything done/fixed, it was done asap! No complaints here.

I lived at 6116 Fulton, a statewide property, for 7 years.For me,it wasn't just an apartment building that I rented;it was a community and family that felt like home, with a diversity of people and cultures that merged together with love and respect for each other. The building is well-maintained,and the maintenance service crew is available for the tenants 24 hours a day and will do the best they can in a timely manner.

The building manager lives in the building, and her name is Martha. Martha is An-Angel; she keeps the building safe,clean, and treats all her tenants with respect,kindness, and positivity ,as well as professional care. Every time you meet her or any other good family members of hers,it comes with a smile and good vibes that make you feel like home.
Honestly I miss them ❤️

Awesome company, thankful for my home & my manager is a so nice. My only complaint is being on the first floor at the door & stairwell, other tenants leave their trash bags, laundry & other stuff outside my door instead of opening the door outside to take care of what they are doing. They fumigated my place because of it & are on taking care of keeping up with maintenance. Even working with my schedule so I can be home for it. I also want to give a shout out to the cleaning crew, they do a great job cleaning up the the common areas. I want to have them clean my hardwood floors because whatever they use smells so much better then what I’ve been trying.

This management company took over the complex I have lived in for the past five years and they have been very kind and understanding of all the different circumstances we might find ourselves in- I had asked for a garage and the team kept us in mind when one opened up.
