Slum lords! There's mold in my house that was reported and hasn't been fixed, and they made it seem like I canceled the maintenance to come in and check it why would I cancel if I have toxic mold in my house doesn't make sense. I have respiratory problems and this is making it worse. Building is falling apart I have to sweep up brick dust off the floor everyday.

Thus is my first place since moving to California, coming from Ohio. The manager addresses all needs and issues. There's effort there to keep it clean on the premises, the laundry room could use more of this though. The tenants are pretty decent too.

TDI Properties will make your living experience a real life nightmare that you wish you could wake up from!!

This is especially true of you are of African American decent. Yes, some of the employees discriminate. These people will treat you as if you have no value, as if you are incompetent and they care very little about your well-being.

Their buildings have ROACH INFESTATIONS that they do little to nothing to manage. I had to purchase so much roach stuff, I drove myself insane cleaning and keeping my unit spotless but it didn’t matter because the buildings are simply infested. There’s little you can do especially when these old buildings have cracks that need to be repaired.

- Be prepared to feel unsafe in your own home as many of their tenants have drug addictions and mental disorders.

You can usually spot a TDI Property by how run-down, out of date and unkept the buildings look from the outside. Broken windows, faulty building structures, graffiti on and nearby the buildings.

Thank God I was recently released from my lease with them. I had countless unsettling experiences with a supervisor named Isaac. He was unhelpful and dishonest.

I know sometimes people are desperate for housing but you can do far better. Take it from someone who chose out of desperation. I regret it.

These people are not kind and they do not care about you. They themselves rarely even come around the properties they manage because they know these areas are of the worst in LA.

DO NOT MOVE INTO A TDI PROPERTIES BUILDING. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible I can't wait to move, Sandra is messy and the whole company is unprofessional and they don't care about what you are your kids is going through as long as they get their rent payments that's all that matters to them, so a update Sandra text me some real nasty text messages she have a bad attitude and needs to be fired or at least she needs to step down as manger she doesn't like doing her job, DO NOT RENT FOR THEM NOW THIER TRYING TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT FOR SOMETHING ON SECTION 8 END TALKING ABOUT I HAD A BALANCE WHEN I MOVED OUT I ALWAYS PAID MY PORTION OF RENT ON TIME AND SECTION 8 STOPPED PAYING BECAUSE THEY FAILED MULTIPLE INSPECTIONS AND DIDNT WANNA FIX ANYTHING NOW THEIR TRYING TO PUT IT ON ME AND MIND YOU THE CITY CAME OUT AND FAILED THEM 3 TIMES I HAVE ALL MY PROOF

TDI are slum lords. The are super slow to respond to inquiries or they do not respond at all. You have to email them numerous times before they actual send someone to fix your issues. They hire cheap inexperienced labor so the work is always trash and disgusting to look at. Let's not talk about leaving an apartment full of furniture in the front yard for days. The furniture was filled with human blood..YES BLOOD FROM A DAMN CRIME SCENE IN MY BUILDING. I have no words for this terrible company

I live in a property managed by tdi properties been living here for 6 years & honestly it's not a good idea to rent from these people they don't fix or repair anything in a timely manner they raise the rent every year & they don't care about any hardship u may have my mailbox lock was broken it took over a month for it to b fixed I actually fixed it myself bought a new lock installed it myself & over thirty days later without contacting me they changed the lock & wasted the money I spent my sink was clogged for over two weeks I had to say it was leaking to even get someone to come see about it if u want to rent an apartment DO NOT USE TDI PROPERTIES U WILL REGRET IT. Tenants have pets that poop in the hallway & no one cleans it up or admit to anything this place sucks butts.
