A week ago Robert showed my daughter Marissa and I the property on Pine Street as she was looking for a one bedroom . Robert is an asset to NPS from beginning to end we were very happy with his service answered all questions excellent personality u can see he loves his job and cares for existing tenants.
My daughter rents from NPS already a studio and now seeking a one bedroom she is very happy with the staff and work orders are done immediately and NPS rental properties are the best.

If you see this review, i really hope you consider NOT moving into any property owned by NPS management. They are the worst property management I have ever had. I have been living here for a while now. I will say the 2 people that showed me the apartment and gave me the keys were friendly. However, the people at the office are EXTREMELY unresponsive and will not help with any issues. Most of the time, they do not even bother answering my emails, even if it’s an urgent matter. And when I call the office, they are not helpful at all.

Griselda needs to tighten up on her customer service. We were left without a trash key & without instructions on where to throw our trash away.
Griselda cared more about church than assisting with helping us in a tenant emergency matter. Therefore our work order was put in an HOUR later.
