Justin was super to work with. He assisted us in finding our new home as we’re relocating from Duluth, MN to Sioux Falls. He’s knowledgeable and honest about the community and housing market. Justin is outgoing and easy to communicate with. He was able to answer our many questions, putting us at ease as we were making our decision. I’ll recommend him to others and should the need come up use his services again.

Absolutely disgusted with this company! My realtor, Brian Anfinson was absolutely horrible! This person should never have a realtor’s license! At best, IMHO, he shouldn’t even be allowed to sell used cars! He never showed up for a final walkthrough and in my opinion misrepresented the property by leaving out important details. He did not have the buyers best interest and again, IMHO, was only there to make a sale! I will be making a complaint with the licensing board. I’ve never felt so screwed over by anyone, not even a used car dealer as I did with this “real estate agent”. If you want a decent realtor, if you want someone that will have your best interests and represent you then you want to look elsewhere because if you use Bryan, I believe you’ll regret it immensely!

I tried to follow up with his boss and they offered to sell the house without charging me a sellers fee but after some work with another agent that acted worse (if you can believe that) I decided not to use them at all. It is my opinion that this company is just in it for the money and not the customers.

Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from HEGG & Bryan unless you have money to burn and don’t mind not being represented. I wish someone had warned me but it’s too late for that. Do your research, there’s much better realtors out there who will have your best interests and make sure you get the best deals. Shame on you HEGG and shame on you too Bryan!

My wife and I worked with Bryan at Hegg for a second time now. He helped my wife and I buy the perfect house here a year prior in Sioux Falls and then my in laws decided to move here as well and we asked for his help again. He is amazing, he helped my wife and her parents look for homes for them and my brother in law who is disabled. He showed us tons of homes and helped measure things for her brothers wheelchair and made sure we got the best house for them. His kindness, honesty and dedication to his clients is incredible. We also worked with Robin who is incredibly kind and helpful with everything
