We have been in our home almost a year now, and we're STILL working on our 30-day check list. By the time we get everything addressed, our 1-year builder warranty will be up, with no extension. Front yard is not landscaped to match model homes, they skimped on rock BIG TIME, leaving large muddy pits between properties. Some of our plants have already died due to the water drip system not working properly. Garage leak has been "fixed" 2 times, and still leaks. Our HVAC zones were wired incorrectly, every exhaust vent was blocked by stucco almost causing a dryer fire, every sink had a leak (1 still does), etc. Their workers schedule repairs, then no show so now you have to ride them to get anything done. It's exhausting. I feel horrible for anyone buying into the neighborhood at this point.

Sept '23 follow-up...STILL HAVE A LEAKING GARAGE DOOR ON THE RV GARAGE. Now they tell me "that's normal". No, no...it's not NORMAL for your garage to have water spilling in through the garage door seals or lack thereof.

Overpriced for the quality they offer. HVAC system not wired correctly, stucco left in air vents, heater not even hooked up upon moving in, incomplete landscaping of the front yard, been there almost 1 year and 30 days fixes are still pending (and when you make yourself available for these to get done no one shows at the times discussed), $82 monthly for an HOA that offers no amenities, very poor communication, already had a pipe burst due to them not providing the proper covering, screen’s didn’t fit the windows, garages leaking after rainfall…. Don’t let the website fool you

Very nice houses fire sprinklers, hi end stoves and ovens and spacious bed rooms beautiful bathrooms mail boxes that can take packages from Amazon that are locked so nobody can steal them! Cobble stone drive ways if ordered that way.
