Dave is the landlord. And let me tell you. SOOOO SWEET. He showed us all three types of rooms available for two bedroom apartments. He was patient with all my “woman styled” questions. I feel like it’s a perfect fit. The carpets seems in great condition and we move in February 1st! Look right away. These apartments go quick!
