I feel very blessed to be under their care. Great Plains is so much easier to work with than a big time company. It's more personable, and Chanelle and Cody have been outstanding at working with my requests. I admit I've been behind in rent and they have been patient and understanding, not threatening like most companies. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled in a great amount of time considering how many units they have to service. I have been very pleased and plan to stay with them a long time.

Messaged property management to ask about a town home… the lady was rude about it and stated they only had apartments when clearly they also have town homes. Set up an appointment to view the town home and she send her assistant who is nonchalant and doesn’t know anything about the property! It smelled, it was dirty, there was writing on the walls that he did not know if they would paint before a tenant would move in…. Why would you not paint or clean the carpet The dryer looked like it had duct tape holding it together… he knew nothing! Do not rent from them! They simply don’t care and they are very rude

Chanelle is an excellent manager and wonderful to rent from! I've been renting from her for 3 years and have always had my concerns handled quickly and efficiently. The yard work is taken care of weekly and snow removal promptly. I also feel safe in my home knowing they do background checks on everyone!

My husband, daughter, and I LOVE our townhouse. We haven't had a single bad experience and have been living here for a year now. We did have something wrong with our washer several months ago, which was fixed right away. We also had a problem with our garage door once, which, again, was fixed promptly. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly and respectful (maintenance, lawn care, management). We're excited to renew our lease!

****DO NOT RENT FROM GREAT PLAINS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT*** The landlord will never answer or return an email/call. The property is not taken care. The landlord expects YOU to deal with maintenance -- they will not move a finger for you, as they are only there to collect a check. Oh, speaking of, they will scam you on your security deposit, so once you hand that over, do not expect to see that back, as they will not return any of your calls or emails regarding it. If you want it back, be prepared to file a complaint with the BBB. I've spoken to several other tenants that have had the same types of issues too. This place should be shut down with how they run things or the lack of.

Absolutely worst management ever! Whether you call the office or maintenance you never get anyone to answer or get a call back and when they finally did they were extremely rude and lied about getting any of the calls or messages we left. Had issues with our unit for over two months and no one came to take care of it. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

as you can see from the previous numerous posts, chanelle sucks as a property manager she didnt do any background check so feel free to lie as she is so lazy an incompetent to actually work very immature person very catty ...gives all women a bad rep!
