We have worked with Access Real Estate since 2019. We have sold two homes and purchased two homes with Jill, Mike, and most recently Jaiden. Access Real Estate made the selling and buying process turn-key and easy for us every time. The buying and selling process can be stressful as unexpected things out of anyone's control would pop up (e.g., the home inspection led to something that needed to be fixed in a matter of days, etc.). Jill and Mike used their network and expertise to connect us with quality professionals who could fix the problem or answer our questions (e.g., electricians, tax advisors, etc.).

We also used Jill with Access for her design services for two of our homes having Jill supply two homes with all new window treatments. Before realizing that Jill helped with window treatments, I wasted my time visiting several stores in Watertown and Sioux Falls and wasn't finding what I needed. After I realized that Jill offered window treatments, I decided to get a quote from her. Again, Jill made this process easy and turn-key for us each time. Each time, Jill would come out to our home with her suitcase full of fabric samples. Once we decided on a fabric, Jill measured all of the windows, had the window treatments shipped to our home while keeping us updated on shipping times, and had her two installers install them once they arrived. The installers were prompt in installation (installed within a matter of hours of their arrival) and clean, picking up after themselves/disposing of all of the garbage while installing the window treatments.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop from selling to buying to design, I would highly recommend Access Real Estate. Working with them for over six years, they have demonstrated that they are trustworthy, bring quality expertise to everything they do, and truly care about their clients long after the sale!
