I moved to Riverbend Townhomes in Sgt. Bluff four years ago. I have been very happy here for the most part. What I have been really happy with is the property manager - Stacey. I can’t say enough about Stacey - she is extremely professional - you can tell she loves her job and sincerely cares about the property. She is always working hard to keep things nice for us. What I really like about Stacey is she truly cares about her residents. I experienced this first hand when I moved in. I have cancer and when Stacey found out she was always there for me - checking on me. She is great with my family. She has made them feel comfortable enough that they would never hesitate to contact her for anything. This means more to me than anything else because I am alone. My family is close but not close enough. She is the kindest person with the biggest heart and makes living here extra special. I don’t hesitate to call her for anything because I know she will listen and do whatever she can to fix something or make it right. This company is lucky to have someone like her. I know she has to deal with alot on a daily basis but she always has a smile on her face and treats everyone with kindness. Thank you Stacey for making my experience with Riverbend a blessing.

I've had a truly fantastic experience living at Blue Ridge Commons, and a significant part of that has been the exceptional management team. From the moment I considered moving in, both Peter (the current property manager) and Joe (who has since moved to another community) made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued.

Peter continues this tradition of outstanding care. He is consistently approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns I've had have been addressed promptly and efficiently, always with a friendly and helpful attitude. Peter goes above and beyond to ensure the community runs smoothly and that residents feel comfortable and supported. He fosters a real sense of community here at Blue Ridge Commons.

While I was sad to see Joe move on, his impact during his time here was also remarkable. He shared Peter's dedication to creating a positive living environment. Both Peter and Joe have a knack for making everyone feel like they belong. They treat residents not just as tenants, but as valued members of the Blue Ridge Commons family. Their warm personalities and genuine interest in our well-being truly set this community apart

We had the best experience living at the Bluffs at Willow Run! We were there for three years and never had any issues. Jess the property manager is the best in the business and will make sure you are taken care of. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and the residents are all so kind. Truly one of the best rental properties in Sioux Falls!

I have lived here at Riverbend in Sgt. Bluff for just over two years now. I moved in shortly after they opened. The property has been so well maintenance since I moved in. The team is extremely amazing. Stacy Gran is the manager at the property and she always goes above and beyond. She always make sure that she handles everything with such care to ensure the residents are always well taken care of. I will continue to live here as it has been a wonderful experience thus far. The property stays clean, the residents stay well informed everything happening at and around the property. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for such a great experience.- RB

Very reasonable renters, however some of their older properties they just stopped caring for. I understand lower income properties aren't their main priority now that they're building multi-million dollar complexes and what not, but it's honestly sickening to see the state of some of their buildings such as mine. It's almost as bad a Tzadiki properties where I live, 2 washers and dryers for the whole building. Half the time are so disgusting you don't even want to trust doing your laundry, carpets in hallways so full of nasty fluids that havnt been changed or washed in about 14 years, lived here as a child with my mother that's how I know. Water damage everywhere, broken into mailboxes mind you they out new ones in over a year ago that we still cannot access. They come maybe once every two-three weeks to vacuum hallways but they never really get fully vacuumed. And then they are extremely strict with tenant rules but never enforce the "property maintenance" they claim to do so much of. They raised our rent last year at my property by $100 stating it was going to help "maintain" the property but they haven't done a single cosmetic change to the property nor have they updated anything inside or out. It's just really sad that people who do pay for the property don't get anything out of it that they claim to be doing, raising rent on a low-income property should mean your actually going to stick to your word and at least update some of the units and or building itself. And make sure the property is actually livable! I know no one will ever take Lloyd to court due to them having so much money but good lord the city really needs to start looking into their lower income properties! WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!
