Van is very professional and good at what he does. We had a few ideas from different plans we’ve seen and he took our very rough drawing and made it into exactly what we wanted for our home build. Van completed a modification to add a bonus room above our garage on an existing house plan. We needed a quick turnaround and he delivered in advance of his committed time-frame. Van also went above the scope of work and pointed out some observations with the main house that should be addressed to strengthen the structural integrity. These plans had previously gone through engineering and architecture and the observations Van pointed out were not identified my these professionals. Vans price to complete the work was very reasonable and his work is very detailed and professional. If you need drafting services I highly recommend contacting Update Drafting LLC. Should the need arise we will definitely use his services again.
