The bank we have been with for over 20 years tried to take advantage of our family with the fine print. My friend introduced us to Tracy from Key Mortgage. She was able to preapprove us in minutes allowing us to put down the earnest money to secure our home. Locked in an amazing interest rate well below the going rate. The loop holes were in our favor working with Tracy. Figuratively speaking, she made the fine print much larger to see. My realtor ended up being a snake. Luckily we had Tracy on our side.
