I have to say I felt those working with me were supportive and responsive through the whole loan process. Deanna got me through the final days with calls to see what I needed and how she could help. Arlene made sure that I got the latest updates concerning what the underwriter required so I could respond with the needed paperwork.
All-in-all, my experience was exceptional and professional but with a touch of caring and support I've not received with other mortgage firms.

Jill and her entire team have been absolutely wonderful through this entire process. This is my first homebuying experience and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Jill was extremely helpful in guiding me along with all questions regarding my credit, Arlene was super prompt and responsive with all correspondence and Kaylyn was so helpful and patient with me going through my loan and down-payment options and explained everything to me so thoroughly. I plan for this to be my forever home but if I ever look to buy again then I would be over the moon to work with Jill and her team on my next home purchase. My husband and I were very impressed with the level of efficiency and intelligence the entire team had at getting our mortgage. As first time home buyers, we had a rocky start buying our first home because of difficulties with the seller's agent, but we had no problems at all with Interlinc Mortgage. Ivan was perfect at guiding us through the entire process and answering any questions we had, no matter how simple or complex they were. After hearing our requisites, he was able to get an FHA with DPA for us. Brigitte and Miguel were equally as great, because they were efficient at communicating and requesting necessary documentation in a timely manner. Becca Wilkerson was also efficient as well during the underwriting process. Overall, I have absolutely no negatives about Interlinc Mortgage. I highly recommend any first time home buyers, repeat buyers or any person looking to buy a home to choose Interlinc because ALL of the staff are excellent at their job, prioritize you as a buyer and make the mortgage buying process easy. The next time we'll buy a house, we're going to choose Interlinc Mortgage again. No other company will compare in comparison.
