I am extremely disappointed with this Real Estate team. I submitted 2 offers on a piece of property recently, through my Realtor; the 1st was below asking price. My realtor submitted the offer but we had difficulty making contact with the Metro Realty Group listing agent for feedback. Eventually, we did get feedback saying that the sellers were firm on their price. We submitted another offer for full asking price, cash, and declined the appraisal even. The sellers declined that offer as well and have since taken the property off the market. There were multiple delays and requests for time extensions from the listing agent during the entire process. This property has been on the market for nearly 4 months via the Metro Realty Group. Allegedly, there were previous full price offers when this property was first listed and the sellers declined those as well. This property should have been taken off the market back then if the sellers were not interested in selling. This Real Estate team needs to be more engaged!
