I have been doing business with these folks for a few years. I've also done business with Penske and Ryder. I can say from first hand experience the experience here is a complete 180 from from the others.
The one thing that really sets them apart is the clarity of their invoicing. You know what you are getting charged for. None of this "special charges" or "miscellaneous" charges.
