I visited this community a few years ago, hoping to move to the area to be closer to family. I was looking for a lake view apartment, and Gabby from the leasing office kept in touch with me for a long time, sharing photos of apartments that I might like as they became available. I was finally able to move into this community in early January. Everyone from the leasing office and maintenance team has been very welcoming and responsive to my needs as a new resident. The apartment, screened in patio, nature views, and view of the lake while walking through the complex are so beautiful! I love my new home!

Great location of your looking for great apartments. Ones we saw were nice and clean. The poor amenity overlooks Lake Murray and is beautiful. You could walk to Lake Murray within five minutes.

Loud neighbors. my mother is a current resident and she constantly reports her noisy neighbors and nothing ever gets done about it. She has called the courtesy patrol and they do nothing. They blast their tv, scream, talk loud all day and all night. The office does nothing about it. Do not move in here !

Live here if you want maintenance showing up unannounced banging on bedroom doors and letting themselves in and going through your bedroom while you aren’t home!!!! Also if you need maintenance good luck with that!

The leasing office employees are genuinely nice and have great customer service. My apt was very clean upon moving in, and the whole process was fast and very easy. This was all during the hurricane Helene. Great job team! 10 out of 10.

Everything at this apartment is up to my complete satisfaction. When there are repairs that need to be done, they come right out to fix them. This one bedroom apartment is the most spacious of any one bedroom apartment I have ever had. Neighbors are so friendly and nice.
