Extremely happy! We worked with Maribel Garcia to get our house sold. She priced the property right, she marketed the property well and made sure we are kept informed how the property was doing in the market regularly. She was very prompt when responding to calls, text messages and emails. Showings poured in and she managed the clients well and always sent emails for quick feedback. Maribel is a polite and humble person. She is dedicated and will definitely work smart and hard to get you house sold or may be get a perfect house if you are looking for one.
I am extremely happy that i chose Maribel as my real estate agent.

Could not have had a better experience! Working with Maribel Garcia Mundy was truly a pleasure. She worked tirelessly for us to help find the right house, even though it took a while to find a home that worked for our large family. Maribel was confident, professional, knowledgeable, and so personable . We purchased a house in January of 2014 through John Bolos and he was excellent. We were moving to the area from another state and he made time to meet with us and show us homes on the one weekend we had to visit. He also helped to expedite the process for us as my husband's company transferred him rather quickly and he was having to drive back and forth to NC each day until we were able to close on the home and move in. He also checked in with us after the move to see how things were going. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

I have used Century 21 Vanguard twice so far. Once to buy a home and the other to sell a home.
Sally Kinard was my agent both times and I wouldn’t use anyone else. The knowledge and professionalism she possess makes the home buying and selling experience virtually stress free.
When you hire Sally you become part of her family and she treats you like one of her own, you are never just a number to her.
Sally’s honesty, dedication and fierce commitment means when you hire her you are hiring the best.

I worked with John Bolos - Century 21 about (2) years ago. Let me tell you, it was great experience. At the time I was trying to sell my home, with another agency, with no success. At the same time I was also looking for a new home. When John came onto the scene, I had been trying to sell my place for about (3) months, with no success. We had a few showings, but no offers.
I saw John's listings online and was impressed by the reviews, so I figured I'd give him a try. After several showings we had an offer and closed shortly thereafter. Next, John helped to find me a new home. Once I found it, he assisted me with the many questions I had about the whole process, all the time being patient and assessable.
I would highly recommend his agency for anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. They are professional, knowledgeable and a great tem to work with. In short they are AWESOME!

I feel like I made a bad decision using Centry 21 Vanguard. I moved to South Carolina from North Carolina. I purchased a home for me and my son. My realtor was Courtney McConico. She was referred to me through Zillow.com. At first, the home searching process started off good and she was professional until I change my mind about the first home that Courtney submitted a offer on. I decided to purchase a different home. She made the closing process hard for me and was not upfront or honest about Important information which cost me more money out of pocket as the buyer. I would advise anyone to not use any license technician, or contractors that she refer or recommend to inspect, or repair your future home. Also, don’t look for her to show up on the day of closing. Especially if she didn’t have your back during the closing process. Take your time and do your research. Choose a realtor that will have you and your family at their best interest.

We worked with Sally Kinard to buy our house. We for sure though it would be impossible with so many hoops to jump through but Sally made it possible! She is great for first time home buyers who need full time hand holding and even for buying your 5th home! I will never trust another Realtor after being treated like family by Sally. We for sure thought that we wouldn’t be able to buy a house for another 2 years and we are so thankful she proved us wrong and answered EVERY question we had along the way and never made us feel like we were bothering her.
