I have a 10 month lease. It was advertised that maintenance was on site. I understand that job turnover can be an issue. However, in one summer I put in a maintenance request 3 times for them to fix the air. When I call down to the office to see what’s taking so long it’s the same thing. “Just be patient sir and we’ll get someone as soon as we can”. I pay rent and the electric bill so that I can live comfortably as advertised. I have had to go stay at friends houses for two or three weeks because the heat of the apartment is to unbearable. I would recommend that you stay else if you appreciate air conditioning and comfortable living conditions. Gable hill is terrible.

I have never been so stressed out at a place you supposed to call home. This will be the worse move of your life by moving here. Front the office staff to the raggedy apartment. When you are viewing the apartment they will make sure it will catch your eye and display a fake face. The office manager is rude and will talk down to you, the assistant manager will play sweet until she’s around others and treat you like trash. When you complain of a maintenance issue it will never get fixed. I have been living in mold and mildew since May 2023 with a hole in the ceiling that’s leaking. When it rains the water comes from above the window and on the carpet in the second bedroom. Water comes through the front door and travel throughout the apartment. They lied in court saying if there any maintenance issues then they have no knowledge before I was even able to speak. Not to mention how the attorney and assistant manager sat in front of me before we were called up saying how I was going to lose because I didn’t have an attorney to represent me. I have where I’ve sent plenty request and the office manager even came inside the and I walked him through the apartment showing him the problems in July 2023.

The office manager is no long employed at the office. The guy has been hanging around the office, granted my apartment is across from the office. When I got off and while waiting on my child to wake up and put her belongings in her backpack I was standing outside of my mother’s car I looked back and the manager stuck his middle finger up at me while he was getting in his truck and the current employee Jessica thought that was hilarious. It’s no way these are the type of people Morgan Properties is allowing to run their business. I am one of the most quiet and laid back individuals and never caused them any problems and getting treated poorly. That’s is very unfortunate. All tenants they I’ve spoken to has nothing nice to say about that guy. Everyone experienced the same disrespect and down talking to from that “man”. I hope that management really look into who they are hiring to deal with the people making them rich. S/N the mildew is now creeping to the living room wall. I wish I knew Ron’s full name.

If there was negative stars it would be giving rude disrespectful and that’s from management. Never answer the phone or fix anything. I thank god I had a roof over my head but I also thank him for getting me out that place. Please don’t waste your time or money. You only get approved so they can cheat you out your money later and mess up your credit. Clean move no out issues and they still trying to get more money or mess up my credit. They need to be shut down please check all move out paperwork they tried to get me but my lawyer got them. Sad just sad PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE I STRESS TO YOU PLEASE DONT.

I'd rate them zero! I had a list as long as my arm in repairs. Nothing ever got done unless it was a water issue. Ask anyone who lives there...THEY DON'T HAVE MAINTENANCE!!! When I left, they charged me over $5k in repairs. I haven't had time to dispute it but they will eventually be getting a subpoena from the courts. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN...THESE PEOPLE ARE AS TRIFLING AS IT GETS!
