I cannot say enough about Angela Cash’s extra mile service in our recent condo purchase through her and DeWees Real Estate. She went above and beyond to contact the right people in the HOA about a boat slip for us when the listing realtor was simply just taking no for an answer. In fact, she completely resurrected a dead deal by going the extra mile until she got to the right person with the right information. Thorough would be an understatement. She even came out to meet with the home inspector for an hour and a half, which certainly was not required or even requested. If you want someone to cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s, and leave no stone unturned, Angela should definitely be your next realtor.
