My apartment flooded from the upstairs unit. The maintenance guy came and fixed the issue. Was attentive and polite. I've been here 12 years. The problem here has always been the leasing office except for one lady named Dawn but she's gone now. They don't return phone calls at all and they are rude both in person and on the phone. You would think they would follow up with me to see if everything was taken care of but that didn't happen. They could care less. Unprofessional. Confrontation. Attitude in their voice and manner.

This site management initially assures you that everything will go smoothly and that the documents you have will be sufficient. They encourage you to apply, promising to handle the rest. However, after submitting your application and paying the application fee, it becomes extremely difficult to find someone to communicate with. When you finally manage to reach a representative, they keep postponing your issue and fail to resolve it. Unfortunately, I deeply regret ever engaging with this place.

To whoever is planning or considering in renting this complex, DON’T! I moved here in September 2022 with my daughter and ended the lease October 2023. They do not show you your complex where you are going to be moving to, they show you a “showroom” to make you think that’s the complex you will be moving to but in reality, they do not show you the complex you will be moving to. When I tried asking “Justin” why can’t we see our complex, he says “Sadly, I cannot show you because they are doing the carpet or painting the room(s)” He gives us excuses for why we cannot see it. Once I signed the lease to live with my daughter, that day when we first moved in, a blind breaks, we didn’t think much of it, but every single day something breaks. The apartment wasn’t painted nor it the carpet wasn’t clean. You will find trash by your neighbors door everyday. If you contact Dawn, she says she’ll handle it but she never does, They let people into your complex without letting you know that they are coming. (We were told that sometime in the end of September, they will come for the washer and dryer, but they never came. Until one day in October, when I was sleeping and my daughter was sleeping, someone walks into our complex to come and get the washer and dryer) They deduct money out of your security deposit and don’t give you the deductions what have they deducted. What they charge for the rent, it’s more what they can give you. Be careful with the smile, the smile could trick you so please be aware.

It’s now been 22 days without HEAT or AC. When I went to the office to ask for a portable AC unit Caitlyn wanted to argue with me over the fact she doesn’t believe cooking with the oven can make your apartment over 80 degrees. We were told by maintenance that he replaced two parts but the unit still isn’t working, so he had to order another part. The maintenance man then informed us, he was going to recommend a whole new unit but that was above his pay grade and his bosses would have to approve that. That was all 22 days ago, and the office hasn’t reached out with an update or anything. Mind you we’ve only lived here 4 months, couple more days and 1/4 of our stay here will be without AC or HEAT.

Long story short do not move here. I feel like I’ve been conned into a year lease with property management company that has no intention to uphold their end of the legally binding contract.

I was genuinely interested until I read that cats must be declawed. Instant no -- update your animal policies to be less cruel.

Update to the Owner's Reply: Thank you & I will include 2 photos. I am just glad to know cats aren't being needlessly harmed just for a living space requirement. If that is the case, please inform your office management and get apartment living websites to update their information. I called & spoke with Duke today and he confirmed it verbally over the phone, and also mentioned there was no one to write to about this matter. A shame, really.

Really terrible experience all around. Incredibly rude people at the front desk, never answer calls, tried calling in the morning afternoon, before closing. They will first show you an apartment that is set up for a tour, new finishes, nice countertops, and once you move in, it is a completely different apartment in an unacceptable state. Recent spray paint smells will welcome you to your cockroach infested, dirty walled, stained kitchen finishes, with an extra charge to use your own washer and dryer. I had to move out in less than a month after I moved in because neighbors would smoke cigarettes inside their homes and the ventilation is all connected so you will definitely smell it too. They fail to mention half of these cons and will only show you the nice side, until you become a resident and will forget about you. Please run far far away from this place, don't go through the same mistake I did. If upper management is reading this, please take this as an opportunity to list some things out to improve on, starting with your staff.

I haven't been here long but the community is quiet. Great staff so far. Easy to get in and out of the apartment complex. Communication has been great from the staff on any issues in the complex

Office staff always has an attitude and act like their crap doesn't stink, never wants to listen to the residents and want to argue with them. As much as I pay for my apartment, I expect better management and people that actually care.. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend living here!!! And if something is broken you're better off actually hiring someone to come and do it, cause management won't do nothing to help you.
