The new management is absolutely awful. I have been a resident for 4 years and have had my fair share of issues with bugs coming from other apartments, maintenance coming into my apartment without notice, moving all of my things and not putting them back. This is all within the course of a few months. I have contacted "Kim" the new property manager and she has been "unavailable" to speak to take my phone calls. Did I mention, I've been a resident for 4 years I have always had a good relationship with property management and the other staff until now. Do better Morgan Properties. Glad my lease ends in less than a month. I would not recommend. Zero compassion for their residents or their issues. Id be happy to send anyone copies of all of my service requests and correspondence.
Tara was absolutely wonderful as the other reviews have stated. She went over and beyond for her residents. I cannot say the same about the new management within the last 4 months.

I have been living here for a little over a month now. The move-in process had some bumps as the previous tenant did not leave all the keys to the apartment, mailbox, etc. Tara, from the property management office, has been very helpful in working out the kinks since I’ve moved in. The community itself is very clean and quiet for the most part. The staff could use one or two more office/maintenance personnel to deal with all the problems, but other than that it has been a good place to live.

A great community, all the daily essentials stores are at vicinity like Walmart, Publix, Kohls, TJMaxTarget etc.
Good living and spacious inside the apartments.

We just moved in a week ago and the apartments are lovely. The community is great so far and the apartment we moved into was nicely updated while still being affordable for the area.

The front desk staff, specifically Tara and the property manager Ross, have been immensely helpful and almost overly polite. I have had zero issues since moving in and would recommend OaGH to anybody looking to move to the Lexington area. Hands down one of the best apartments I’ve lived in in the last decade.

I really like my apartment! I worked with Tara to get moved in and she was extremely helpful! You can tell she has a vested interest in the residents and us feeling comfortable. I Amazon and FedEx had misplaced a few packages of mine and she was able to track them down for me each time which was a huge relief! She’s awesome!

Would you like a convenient location but have random charges month after month and seldom receive callbacks about them? Would you like to be in a super safe area but have dumpsters that are too small for the number of units so garbage piles up? Would you like a family friendly area but have swarms of parents and children who roam the roads of the complex oblivious to the cars driving?
Is it terrible? No.
Have I lived here over two years? Yes.
Is it regularly annoying and sometimes infuriating? Yes

I cannot rave enough about this place!! It starts with Tara in the office. She really works with you, she's so personable and kind, and makes you feel at home on your first visit. The community feels incredibly safe and kids play outside everyday after school. It's clean on the outside and inside. Have not seen a single bug in my home and the units updated. I would not sleep on this place and give Tara a call!!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Overlook in hopes to find a 2 bedroom apartment. My search throughout Columbia and Lexington have not been the best. But when I stepped into the office at Overlook I was greeted by Tara and I knew just off of her bubbly personality and knowledge of the community this would be where I decide to call home. After our tour she provided me will everything I need to make my final decision. 10/10 stars for Tara as if I apply it will definitely be because of her stellar personality and the beautiful apartment homes Overlook has to offer.
