My niece, Kimberly Lewis, is working on getting set up with this office so in mean time she referred me to this office where she will work. I believe in her so when she referred us I was very grateful & excited to find new home. We did work with agent that ultimately got us into our Victorian home that we now personally love.

When I first met Donnie Shealy and Adam Spires from Coldwell, I immediately felt like I was in the company of great people. They were always friendly, very helpful, and very passionate about helping people achieve their dreams. When it came time for my husband and I to buy our very first home, we trusted these guys to help. And after the whole process, I cannot sing their praises enough! I had a very particular (and not so normal) list of needs that I needed for our new home, and Donnie and Adam hunted and absolutely delivered in to what is now a home that I completely enjoy and feels like was made just for me. They were very quick to always answer their phones, research anything we needed help with, and supported us and stayed positive when we needed it the most. Donnie became a father during our process, and you would never have known it with how on top of everything Adam was! These guys make an incredible team who care a lot about what they do and helping their clients, and it definitely shows. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Broker In Charge is very professional, am waiting for him to reign in a seriously out of control female broker who stole a Library Table of mine that belonged to former Governor Ellerbee,. My Great. great Grandfather. Due to an abundance of caution,. He is interviewing the twenty five females brokers under his umbrella to figure which one is the dirty rotten scoundrel who flin flanned my mentally deficit brother who tried to sell my table to the Bimbo broker wearing a tube top, conducting Coldwell Banker Business at a football field in Lexington, SC,. Counting out Two Thousand dollars on the air to my Brother while being filimed as a suspicious couple of low life drug dealers by the sheriff. I also gave him the hint that he received commission from her sale of 408 Maingate,. Employed by my gready sister in law Margaret Roth Witt, who has stolen. All my mom's jewelry she can plunder.

Patrick O'Connor is a pro. As promised, he sold my grandmother's high-end home in 90 days during a pandemic. The professional video package of the home he produced for marketing on the internet (including amazing drone footage and appropriate music) is one of his signature marketing strategies.
