This place is awesome. We wanted to take a long weekend getaway for Thanksgiving Break. The Family wanted to go to Columbia and I wanted to go fishing. So we compromised. The A-Frame cabin was perfect for us and my daughter loved the upstairs loft bed. We were able to go to the Riverbanks Zoo and EdVenture, while also having campfires every night and fishing in between. My daughter and I were able to catch a ton of little sunfish and we were also able to score the all illusive winter catfish! We definitely want to come back in the summer when the weather is warmer and take advantage of the Canoes and warmer water. Jesse the host was awesome and very responsive to messages. We had a great time and like I said we will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved staying at the farmhouse. It was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, making sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. The tranquility and serenity of the location provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with welcoming hosts, this farmhouse is for you. We also enjoyed fishing and lounging on the dock. Highly recommend!

Jesse was an amazing host. The place is beautiful and a variety of accommodations to choose from, as well as many available extras. Jesse’s family, pets included, were all so sweet and wonderful. We will definitely be back, and bring our wives.

Had a great time at Jesse's campground! He made us feel at home and brought us two kayaks for kayaking. We forgot mugs and he provided us with some mugs, showed us where the hot shower was, and was very good with communication during our stay. Will definitely be coming out here some other time!! Bonus points: he had a kitten we played with for a bit haha

My partner and I, along with two other couples chose Jesse's land after our first campsite was impacted by Hurrican Helene. Jesse was able to accommodate us booking at a short notice and had the area mowed and ready-to-go! It was a simple site - with room for our cars, three tents, a canopy, wood pile, and bonfire. We thoroughly enjoyed camping, listening to music, watching some spooky movies on a projector, and cooking around the campfire. So if you're looking for a nice spot near Columbia, SC - don't hesitate to book!

The campgrounds are a wonderful place. We canoed, cooked over the fire. We relaxed, we swam and we had an amazing conversation at the campfire with Jesse. Jesse is the best host.

Jesse and Jeri made us feel like family. Our daughter feel in love with the animals and Jesse and Jeri's daughters. The house was nice but the overall experience of the stay is what made it great. We fished, got on a canoe, and even got an invite from Jesse to bring our daughter to see some donkeys. The whole time was enjoyable. We unfortunately had to leave a day early for personal reasons but plan to go back soon. Thanks for the great hospitality.

It was an amazing weekend getaway with my husband. The A frame is nestled against the lakefront property with access to a dock and a spot to unload your boat.
We hiked a trail alongside the cove.
Our photos have no filter. The view is amazing. The hospitality and responsiveness of the owners were superb. We will definitely book again soon!!
