My husband and I are so happy with our decision! We stopped in for a drive and ended up in the Maronda office! Kathryn Spack is courteous and knowledgeable! She did an excellent job in explaining the models, availability, new constructions ready for move in or we had the option to wait for a home that was wrapping up in construction! We looked at a Maronda model about a year ago . We then checked out other areas and builders and decided that we wanted to go with Maronda Homes . I have a friend who has purchased 8 Maronda homes and he raved about their quality. We went back to the model in Indian Lakes Estates and met Katherlyn Spack in the model center . She was very friendly , knowledgeable and a great representative for Maronda homes. She spent a lot of time with us showing us models under construction and lots that could be built on . We chose a home that was already completed and ready to move in. Katherlyn worked with us thru the contract and up to the closing. Everything went very smoothly and Maronda was so easy to deal with . The walk thru was easy and any issues were taken care of imeadiatly. Even after we closed and moved in , Katheryln has stayed in contact with us and helped us with making additions to our kitchen after we closed and moved in . Katherlyn is a great person to deal with. I couldn't ask for anything better . She is a Gem.
