Great neighborhood. Very clean well maintained. Unfortunately the 3 starts are for your gate employee ( might be security) . The young lady was very rude and disrespectful. She cursed, yelled , did many face expressions and even clapped at me. That is not a way to treat anyone going into your neighborhood. Neither the best look for your community. She mentioned that she had recently a family death which I’m very sorry about but shouldn't be taking it on other people. I would consider giving her some days off to take her mind off and grief properly. Again great neighborhood. One of the best in the area and very well maintained but please let your employee know to not treat people that way.

Valencia Del Sol is a fantastic 55+ community with resort style amenities. This was one of the reasons we decided to purchase a home. Our sales person Ahmed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make things happen for us. Excited to own a house in this great community!

I have reached out four times to this organization and have only received a generic email in response. I chattted with Jason who said I should contact the corporata office? After a week of trying to have a conversation wiith a sales representative I did receive an email asking which property I was interested in. I answered that email, which was four days ago and still nothing I am really disappointed and quite shocked. I did make an appointment at a Del Webb communiity and will learn more about what they offer. I have exhausted my options for getting anyone with this organization to call me back.

The lawn around the community is always stunning green enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood.

Their Models are beautifully designed by high end designers & furnishings! It’s one reason that got us so excited to sign & buy with them! The Quality of the home, their product, is top notch. But the wait time, was horrible! 19 Months for our home to be completed! Even with all that time taken to complete, there were things that needed fixing before closing, and there were a lot! Their quality control is not maintained throughout which is why they have this long “punch list” of things to correct before final walk through. Even then, you’ll be submitting things to be fixed through their warranty app. I would say a lack of clarity, follow through & communication are the brands biggest challenges. It’s difficult to get in contact with certain people during the construction process, and they usually don’t get back to you in a timely manner. We love our new home & the neighbors who bought in & live here. But it took GL Homes too long to complete our dream home & it was/is frustrating holding them accountable to executing things documented in our final walkthrough.

Absolutely gorgeous...well built homes....but not alot to do after being in the villages
