I have been renting from them for a little over a year now, and thing have been great! Carly is always on top of things. When my AC went out she had someone here in an hour! I hope to keep renting from them until I am in the position to buy my own home.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst management company I have ever come across. The administration is rude, dishonest, deceitful and unprofessional. This management company doesn’t repair anything, nor do they take responsibility for their properties literally falling apart. You will be waiting for return calls, repairs, and answers to fix any and all housing issues. Do not, rent/lease or buy from this management company. You will regret working with them, as soon as you sign that lease. The fine print they sneak in, is very deceiving. Please be wise and heed our warnings.

This is by far the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give them negative stars I would . 3 months into my family and I living in one of their houses the whole ceiling falls in ruining our couch and rug They do not compensate us or help us in anyway at all but tell us we could live in one room at a time as they fix it it took three weeks for them to fix the living room. Meanwhile my husband and my one-year-old daughter had to live in a construction site. It was such a horrible situation for my family and they showed no remorse or care they made us feel like burdens and it wasn’t even our faults.
I pray no other family has to go through what me and my family went through with this management company.
