It does not get any worse, upon check in they asked us to sign the rate card which had the incorrect rate. They would not honor the rate that we booked at. They said we needed to contact a third-party. We get to our room and the bathroom smells so bad like sewer we had to put a towel under our bathroom door. After moving rooms, we woke up the next morning to cold showers. We came back to our room after lunch and found all of our stuff missing, they had our checkout date wrong, and the front desk bagged up our stuff in trash bags after realizing their mistake apologized and returned our items. After getting our items back in our trash bags, we decided we had enough and left the hotel, now we have to dispute the discrepancy in rate
with our credit card. Overall front desk, personnel were friendly, but it leads me to believe that the hotel management is awful.
The positive reviews on here appear to be fake.

First off the location was right off the freeway close to everything restaurants Walmart great location! Our room was two king size beds very clean! Beds were very comfortable! The room smelled clean that’s a huge plus! We had everything we needed a fridge a microwave coffee pot only thing we didn’t have was access to purchase water bottles for the coffee pot on our floor you’ll need to purchase or bring your own water they do have vending machines in the entrance of the lobby. Although we didn’t use the laundry room they have a laundry room for your convenience a long with a gym. We took advantage of the pool! We had a great time and a comfortable stay very happy we would definitely stay here again.

I think they have got paid reviews here because there is no way this hotel deserves an average rating of 4 stars.

1. Rooms: it's full of mold and you can't ignore it because the smell is intolerable.
2. Service: They say trash, bathroom refresh and coffee refresh is available on request. But reality is:
2.1. you have to take your own trash bin out.
2.2. bathroom refresh is only provided to those who stays 4 days( 4 is a magic number ✨?). I stayed 3 days and was denied for even getting a new towel. For the 4 person room I got 3 towels .
3. The location is not that great as well, to reach any major spots in vegas you have to drive for 30 mins or take a cab for at least $25.
4. Asking $5 per night for parking is beyond my understanding but that's what it is.
5. Gym and other facilities don't have any ventilation, it's the same old moldy smell there as well.
6. For the room size the provided tv feels like a tablet to me ngl.
7. I am not sure why the do not disturb sign is provided as there is no room service available anyway ?.

The only good thing about this hotel is there are lots of great options to eat nearby.

And the best moment of my trip here was to check out from this hotel.

A few good things:
1. Good wifi
2. Clean bathrooms

Positive: Location Negative: When I parked the car I noticed a sign on the wall stating that the hotel is not responsible for damage or theft to any car parked in the lot. Inside the greeter had me initial a paper stating there was a $5.00 a day parking charge. mattress too soft

Esther at the front desk is the absolute best! Employees are super friendly.

Stayed here for work during a very busy blackout weekend - and really liked it. Yes the rooms are a bit old, but the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked, the pool is clean and enjoyable to hang out in, and the internet was strong.

This hotel is absolutely not a 3 star hotel. They didn't give me the room I reserved and there was no spare bedding for the pull out couch. 1 elevator and there was vomit all over the floor in front of it. Claims to have a Starbucks, but it never opened. And to top it off, it's $5 to park.

Tremont Poole

Room cleaning once a week is a deal breaker. I stayed 4 days. Hotel seems run down no amenities such as continental breakfast. I used to stay here years ago before it switched ownership, it used to be nicer. Coffee only a few hours in the morning. Coffee bar always closed. I'll stay elsewhere next time.
