Mrs Lyn, It appears you have blocked me and my wife’s phone numbers because we are unable to contact you, my messages won’t deliver and phone won’t ring. We have rented with HPMC for almost 4 years now and plan to stay right there until otherwise. It was my first time ever having to rent. When I first inquired about a home it was already rented; however, Lyn stayed in touch with me and we were able to get a place. Not an apartment, but a brick house with a nice yard. I don't understand these low reviews. I feel that if you pay your rent like you're supposed to, and don't treat your place with a "I don't own it, so why take care of it" mentality you shouldn't have problems. We do our regular maintenance, yard, trash, cleaning, changing air filters, just basic upkeep and have not had any issues.

We absolutely love our rental home from heritage properties Lynn was able to find us exactly what we wanted in an awesome neighborhood of goose creek..Big back yard for our dogs and schools good too we renewed are lease because can't beat the rental price for home this size! We are planning on staying for many years! Lynn does an awesome job considering all the bad tenants she has to deal with WE GOT YOUR BACK GIRL! Highly recommend this company

Horrible and prejudice and unprofessional. This woman talks to tenants with great disrespect . It’s 2024 and she still thinks being rude to people is a good idea . She has no managment skills. RUN AWAY from her if you can ! All my Neighbours have horror stories of how she treats them and the properties.

I just want to say, I have not rented from this company. However, I inquired about a rental that unfortunately for me ended up getting rented before I could apply. I spoke with Lynn and she was nothing but upfront and honest. Which is what I like! At the end of the day she has business to run and is very helpful and genuine. I will continue to look out for property available by this company for this reason. Thank you!

This company is a joke!!! RUN DON'T WALK from Lynn. This company does NOT care about you or your belongings. I myself did not rent from this company. However, my future spouse' did and I can attribute to the problems. Work orders NEVER filled because "you never filled one out". Thousands of dollars ruined when the garage door collapsed on antique furniture. She stated at the time that it was the fault of ours because "no work order was given". This lady and company are all about the $$$$ stay away!

Horrible!! It took a month to get a working stove. The roof leaked in 2 places. All they would do is send someone else out with a can of roof caulking. HVAC system went out the winter of 2017 during the snow storm. We had to heat with the oven and space heaters for 2 months! Still paid full rent during the time I did not have adequate heat. Never late on the rent. When the HVAC was replaced, the attic unit leaked into the living room and their service tech could not find a reason for it. He asked me to contact him directly so he could see what it was doing. He wanted to come watch it leak! It was water, leaking from the ceiling. I thought it was self explanatory! I was out of town and came home to a sagging ceiling and soaking wet carpet! When the lease was up, I asked for an extra month because I was in the process of buying a house. The closing was going to be a few days before the end of the lease and I knew that would not be adequate time to cleaning the rental. Lynn told me I either sign another year lease or be moved out by the end of the lease. Not knowing exactly when I would be able to close on the house, I signed another lease to protect myself from being homeless. Yes, I broke the lease and moved a few houses down the street. I was charged 3 months rent, plus the lease termination fee, along with cleanup fees because I left items in the shed that were there when I moved in. They were not mine to throw away. I understand, by law, they are required to try to rent this house. It still is not listed on their available properties. I have been out of there for 3 weeks and already have collection agencies contacting me. If you are looking for a place to rent, do yourself a favor and pass these people up. It will be a constant headache!

Moving here from out-of-state, we rented a townhouse through this company at the beginning of 2017. The property had many problems, and at first, getting anything fixed was an uphill battle. It was all blamed by the previous management on the property owner living out-of-state. But then as soon as Lynn got involved, things turned around. She has the most professional attitude and will go out of her way to see things are taken care of properly. We finally moved out from that townhouse and, despite my misgivings, the exit process went exactly as Lynn said it would. I would go to Lynn again without any hesitation if I had the need, and would recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the area.
