They do absolutely nothing for our neighborhood HOA. We’ve tried multiple times to make a change in our neighborhood. Worst management of an HOA I’ve ever seen. They will continually charge fees yet do nothing in return for the neighborhood. Honestly seems like a scam and a way to threaten money out of people.

I've rented through BAM for roughly two years, and have nothing but positive things to say. Any issues I've had have been addressed the same day they've been reported, and are usually fixed as quickly. I hate to leave a negative review. However, I live in the Highlands community in Savannah, GA. My issue is The upper management of this team NEVER calls or contacts back regarding time sensitive concerns. This should be a major concern if you shall have any issues or concerns arise.

When I have reached out several times, I have gotten ‘the run around.’ If the upper management is too busy, they need to appoint another responsive and responsible person the ability to make decisions on their behalf. (Especially, when your board is constantly revolving and there is not one person specifically to reach out to).

The staff are very friendly and I was able to find a place for my daughter and I. I had a few plumbing issues and they sent someone out the same day to fix it. I Highlands recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. Mrs. Cindy was especially great. She got all my paper worked done and had me in my place within a couple of days. Great experience when I was renting from this company. Wonderful office staff also prompt and professional anytime I had a maintenance issue. Would rent from them again. I bought a house with the real estate team and they were fantastic to deal with Bob walked me through the process for a smooth and effortless transaction.
