If your community is going through tough changes, I recommend HPS as your new management company and specifically, Liz as your management representative. Liz has helped us maintain a positive outlook while bringing our community back to where it needs to be. She always speaks clearly, responds quickly, and is on top of her game when it comes to any problem or question that our community brings her. Hiring Liz was one of the best decisions and I couldn't be happier with the customer service she has provided myself and my community.

I see it all the time, where HOA's get a bad rap when requesting on approvals. I can say now with personal experience, it was painless and seamless. We included all of the required documents for a pool, patio, and fence and our request was approved in 10 days (including weekends). Thank you Daph for the great news to continue our home project.

Constantly having to dispute violations with this “management” company. They’re always sending out violations for my neighbors property. They’ve claimed my passenger van to be a camper (which was confirmed by our vice president to not be a camper) and they still send out neighborhood blasts and violations over it. Now the cherry on top is they’ve found issue with the location of where my trash cans are stored which has been the same location for 20 years. If you dispute anything with them, Liz will eventually claim you’re not the homeowner (no matter how long you’ve owned and been registered as the homeowner of your property) and will tell you you’re no longer able to receive private information regarding your own property. Oh and good luck determining what they’re even taking about when they do send out a violation. Basic description, no pictures - so even if your violation was deserved and needed to be corrected you wouldn’t know what the hell they are taking about. Can’t wait to see what other nonsense I have to deal with next. They’ll definitely use this to retaliate because they choose what to enforce based on how well you speak of them.
