Chris Conway's efficiency was remarkabe. He coordinated a viewing of a condo that my husband and I had coveted for years. Afterwards, he promptly communicated with us by email and phone. And he expedited the paperwork within days so that we were set to move in within a few weeks. That said, we would highly recommend his service to anyone in need.

I applied to a rental back in December. Quick to take my application fee. Ffwd to the end of January and still have zero clue what is going on. The office doesn’t return phone calls nor has the agent responded to my messages. I get told I am recommended for the property then silence. Only on my continued end of reaching out do i keep getting told for weeks they “cant get in touch woth the owner”. I still continue to reach out to get information but no one responds. Poor customer service and red flags.

This is our third year renting with Daniel Ravenel and the experience has been friendly, easy and professional. The app that they use in conjunction with their website for tenancy information, rent payment and service requests is quick and user-friendly. Our property manager in particular has been such a blessing -- she's been present and responsive from the very start. She always has our back, quickly answering any questions we have and following up on any issues or requests submitted online. Do not recommend at all. Non-responsive to emails, I have an issue with violation fees being added every month for no reason. I am renting, so I never received a notice of violation. When Daniel Ravenel forwarded the email, the fees were already added. I was told they were taken care of, they were not now they are up to $300 which they added to my rent. I have emailed, called, and texted every email I have for Daniel Ravenel and William Douglas, to no avail. Daniel Ravenel said, 'this isn't their problem" I asked him repeatedly to contact the owner, which I have not heard from yet. They clearly do not want too be bothered.

Just to follow-up I have asked for a receipt for the $300, 3 times, and still have not received one. William Douglas has sent 5 letters requesting the fines get paid. So, not really sure where the money went, but it's out of my account since December.

Be very aware of these management companies.
