Beautiful neighborhood with residents interested in maintaining the integrity of the community. Building deadlines and closing process could have gone smoother but all of the staff were always professional no matter how many obstacles developed. We have a really beautiful home!

8/27/24: I'm wondering why all of these glowing reviews were posted all at the same time. We have had issues which were addressed professionally but I get worried when I see realtors and True Homes employees posting reviews.

STAY FAR AWAY! This company is absolutely horrible!! Our inspection failed twice through them and also failed through a personal inspection that showed major structural issues. Our house has been in the framing phase since DECEMBER! So for almost 6 months the framing has been exposed to all the elements and heavy rain.

We put $10k down for the studio design fee and closing costs they require you to pay in advance. My husband lost his job and we currently have no income and had a financial decline and true homes is refusing to give us our money back and listing it as a termination of contract. Termination and financial decline and very different things. We have 3 kids and no income currently and this billion dollar corporation is refusing to give us our money back. They won’t even give us back out closing costs on an house WE ARENT CLOSING ON!! And the next people they sell this terribly built home will also pay the closing costs. So they’re making out like literal bandits. And they told us if we try to take them to court we are responsible for their legal fees. There is nothing ethical about this company and you’re better off at Lennar than these crooks. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
