I was referred to Karen by a friend from our church. From the very first communication I knew that she was a perfect fit!! Nothing but issues since we closed from my note going up $500 on a fixed mortgage to getting multiple calls begging me to refinance because they claim they made an issue with my loan. it doesn’t benefit me in any way so I declined so they just have new people call to ask me to do it!! bo smith also made our buying experience Terrible!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
