After witnessing the individuals who receive help from this establishment I am appalled at the selection process. I have seen women who are single mothers in need of help making less than the bare minimum be denied assistance. While there are households with individuals making over the set income limitations specified on their website receiving full benefits. It breaks my heart to watch these individuals who actually do need help be denied. Whatever formula this establishment is utilizing needs to be re-evaluated. Apparently even if you are under the "very low income" level posted on the website you are still denied help. Good luck to those who apply, you'll need it.

Because I called and made a complaint about some issues I was having in the nursing home I was in and it got back to be that Sheila Brooks would call the social worker here to see if it was worth coming out to check into and if it wasn't she wouldn't come to check it out . You need knew people working for you.
