Two years ago Nate assisted me as my mortgage officer in purchasing my first-ever home. Yes, buying your first home is very exciting, but it can also be a little overwhelming and confusing at times. I’m just so grateful that I was referred to Nate. He not only helped me but he educated me along the way, the whole way through. The communication was awesome, any questions I had Nate would respond within that same day. I never felt rushed, I always felt heard.

Once I signed those papers I thought our business was done and on to the next customer. Not! Within about a month I received an email containing educational tools, reports on my property, how in demand it is, and many more useful insights.

Two years later, I am still communicating with my mortgage lender Nate. I still call him for advice, and he continues to keep me abreast of what is currently happening within the housing market, interest rates, etc.

My mother, a recent retiree, just moved to Arizona and is shopping for a home. It gives me great relief and ease knowing she will be taken care of and in good hands with Nate as her lender. I will continue to refer only Nate to my family and friends. As I've heard said, when you find something good, hold onto it.
