Simply put, Kodee is the absolute best of the best in Sumter!!! She goes above and beyond for her clients. We bought our house with her in 2022 and now she just helped us close on selling it. Both buying and selling from across the country, Kodee was so helpful and kept us informed and involved every step of the way. Truly could not have navigated this process without her help! She is amazing and absolutely so caring and kind. And on top of that, she is the absolute best at what she does and is SO knowledgeable and informed about real estate, especially the market in Sumter/surrounding areas. Highly highly recommend Kodee! We have known Kodee for a few years now. She found us a home in Sumter we absolutely loved, and as first time home buyers we were nervous. She held our hand through the whole process and made it easy to understand. Few years later we needed her again to sell our home. We bought and sold our home via video calling and phone calls. We trusted her 110% and she made both processes easy with myself across the country and half way around the world for my husband.
