I was the buyers’ agent in a new construction transaction. Galbreath was the preferred closing attorney and because of their intimate knowledge of the community, made it a very smooth and easy transaction. They communicated well and we closed on time and with no hiccups. We had very happy clients all around!

Our experience with Galbreath Costner was excellent. We were closing on a new home. They communicated the time and place via e-mail with plenty of lead time. We were greeted warmly by Ashley and Brittany at the office, offered refreshments and welcomed to the community. Our closer was punctual. He explained the process to us in clear concise words. The entire process took between 30-40 minutes. He answered all our questions. We waited maybe 10 minutes for someone to review our paperwork and then we were congratulated on our new home and given our new home keys. I highly recommend this firm.

The company blatantly disrespected us by treating our concerns as a joke. They made me return to the office to sign the documents again, only to be told that the necessary documentation had been sent to another lender and subsequently lost. This demonstrates an absolute lack of respect for our time and financial investment.

They merged with another law firm in the middle of our closing process and didn't communicate this to us. Suddenly, we were receiving calls and emails from another law firm claiming to be working on our closing, which looked very suspicious, especially after we had been repeatedly warned to watch for fraud. The paralegal assigned to our case left the firm mid closing process, which was also never communicated to us. We continued reaching out to a person who didn't work there. Apparently, they didn't communicate that to our lender either, who had been reaching out to the departed paralegal to coordinate closing numbers. No one got that information to me until a few hours before the closing, so I had to wire an overpayment. There were no problems at the closing itself, which is why I am giving two stars rather than one. I wouldn't use this firm again.

Ridiculously unprofessional. Had their signer sitting there for over an hour while employees walked away, didn't tell her about looking out for false pink slips in the mail (real estate lawyers always say this at the end of signing), didn't give her a packet with a copy of the signed documents and instead gave her the manuals for the new home appliances, gave the wrong location and closing date when confirming before closing.
