Lance was incredible! My first home purchase nearly fell through because our lender wasn't very responsive and didn't provide necessary inputs in a timely manner. Lance was the complete opposite. Any time I needed him he was quick to respond, and he was in constant contact with my realtor. So, there were times where he would have already sent information to a potential seller before I even asked. When a last minute complication (which was not his fault) threatened to delay or cancel our closing, Lance worked tirelessly to close on our home on time. He knew this was very important to us, and because of this, he made it his personal mission to resolve the issue quickly. Large lenders don't care about you, but Lance does.
