Avoid at all cost! They are great to deal with at first but after you buy they disappear. Never got my 1 yr walk through, sub flooring upstairs is dipping down, drywall is all wavy down the hall, poor finishing work, lvp flooring is buckling, stone falling out of front facade, and the yard space next to the unit is a swamp and floods whenever it rains, I also have a hill in the back that has deteriorated due to no retaining wall. There also has been construction trash all over the hill and in the woods behind us that is horrible to look at!
Update:
I emailed them again per their response and of course I have not received any correspondence. Avoid this builder if you can. They do not back up their warranty or want to help after the sale!
