If I could give 0 stars I would! I was suppose to be moving into one of the properties this company manages, but I gave my deposit and then was told my rent would be doubled after the fact so I changed my mind and wanted my deposit back. It has been going on almost 4 months now I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have been given the run around time and time again and now I cannot get in contact with headquarters. Every time I call it says my call cannot be completed this is very unacceptable and I am now ready to seek legal action!

This management group obviously cares nothing about their reviews. If their name is on the property, don’t move there. I experienced a fatal shooting in front of my building and have tried to get in touch with them for a week and have gotten no response. They don’t care about anything but taking your money. They manage their properties terrible. Ghetto staff!

Found out about some damages that supposedly happened at Market North Apartments last year. It was crazy how I left there in 2014 and nothing was never said to me until property was damaged and then sold. I've tried for over a year to get in touch with someone about this matter. Even contacted the new Market North Apartments/Alexandria still nothing. I'm searching right now for someone to help with this matter because the courts have no record and this is really messing me up with me moving. This company has to be one of the worst I have ever experienced.

If I could give a zero, I would. Their apt manager treats the elderly in very demeaning ways. My kitchen faucet won’t turn off. I was told to turn it off under the sink. It’s been a month now. Still not fixed. I have MS and horrible balance issues. I’m currently recovering at rehab for a flare up. I can’t walk. How do you suggest I safely get under the sink and turn the faucet on and off? Lexington, Ky property. Stay away from this company.

The vice president of Pk is terrible. She asks her employees to do illegal things to tenants paperwork and little do they know they are being talked badly about the way they do things and treat people on almost every radio station in Denver. And they have a big thing coming when we go to court for the mass eviction of Maple Terrace in Loveland CO. We have evidence and recordings of them doing messed up things to there employees and tenants. Don't ever rent from one of there propertys. I pay my rent and I have all written receipts showing I paid my rent but some reason they won't take them and want to have me pay double. FU PK MANAGEMENT. You will go down for all the families you have mistreated

I live in hilltop and i swear they have the worst staff i have ever seen.They never do things in a timely fashion. If you ever move here make sure u keep all reciepts because they will lose your files and imortant documents.They hire just anybody that can barley read or comprehend.They have a lady name Kristina who works there that does not know her job at all and will drop the ball if your not paying attention...so take heed and dont do it...💯💯💯
