We starting using Mike Hill in the summer of 2011. We are a military family that was stationed outside of SC. We used Mike as the listing agent for our property to find a qualified rental tenant. Mike was able to secure several tenants for us over the years. When we had a tenant move out prior to our lease ending, Mike expertly guided us through the process of recouping expenses from the tenant and finding a new tenants quickly without much down time. We have also used Mike's services buying multiple lots and selling multiple properties in the Seneca area. As a buyer's agent, Mike has always guided us through the contractual process and provided insight for the fair market value on the property. As a seller's agent, Mike has gone above and beyond his responsibilities as a seller's agent working with the buyer's clients when the buyer's agent was unreliable and uninformed.
