I would give them negative stars if I could. If you put together a staff that has no clue what’s going on, and money hungry property management, you’ll have tiger propeties. I signed a lease with this company super excited to start college, and I thought everything was going to be fine. Upon moving in, a disgusting scene of left behind items, dirty rooms, and bugs EVERYWHERE (dead and alive) greeted me. This was my first apartment leasing, and they fully took advantage of me. Not only did majority of my maintenance requests get ignored, the front office also has no knowledge of the company they work for. They give answers based on what scam the owners are trying to pull at the time. As much money as these people can get from you, they will! My unit was broken into multiple times, as well as my neighboring unit and multiple others. Maintenance did nothing about this, even though the assailant broke windows and locks on the doors. Your maintenance requests will be ignored, and they will subtract every last cent from your security deposit. Every year, the prices of every unit goes up, although no renovations or improvements are made. The units only get worse, as all the wear and tear gets covered up cheaply. All in all, tiger properties just wants your money. They would take your money and leave you on the street if they could. My experience was terrible and I would never rent with these people again. I am simply writing this in hopes that another young college student doesn’t get taken advantage of like I did. There are plenty of cheaper, more in area apartments to choose from, and I wish I had someone to warn me not to move in here. WARNING!!! The pictures and video below are DISTURBING and DISGUSTING. Please be advised!!

Check the App over the weekend and it says work order COMPLETED Nope the MICROWAVE is still not repaired and/or replaced. How can you check maintenance completed when it's NOT COMPLETED. 11 days and counting since reporting it.

On the coldest weekend yet, the heater went out. it took 3 days for them to get here. it was quickly fixed once the repairman got here. In the meantime, we had to make do with space heaters.
The dishwasher was re-attached fine, but now the select button doesn't work. It will only wash on the daily cycle.Again, it took 3 or 4 days for them to get here to address the problem.

My son was a tenant at the Village at Town Creek. While moving him in we noticed several alarming things about the property (Unit 19). The carpet in his room was ripped at the doorway. There were holes in the walls in the living area. The toilets were backed up. So we took pictures to document everything. In July we were sent an itemized list of the things they charged him for (taken from our $300 security deposit). One was “carpet replacement”. Since the carpet was damaged prior to my son moving in, I asked for a secondary review, which never happened. I sent them a time-stamped photo of the ripped carpet when we moved my son in as proof….I've emailed and called several times with no response. The one email I did receive, the gentleman (A. Williams) claimed he had no records of my son staying on property. I sent him all the paperwork (proving my son was a tenant) with the Tiger Properties header and I have not heard from him since. Would love to have my $175 back, but probably not going to happen.
Any response by Tiger Properties regarding this thread about being “very concerned” or “having high standards” should be ignored. I’ve been trying to get this resolved since August of this year!

After two weeks, still no maintenance person came. We ended up going out and buying the tool ourselves, and fixing it ourselves. Then, I received a text asking if it still needed to be fixed to which I replied “no.” 2 days later I received a text from tiger properties saying I was being billed $18.75 because somebody came out and fixed it, which is absolutely not true. It was absolutely ridiculous and I’m still waiting on the bill to be taken off. TigerProperties is the worst management and has the worst maintenance team I’ve ever seen. I can not wait until my lease is up so I can move out. Absolutely terrible, I have nothing nice to say about TigerProperties.

Only been in the new place a couple of days and I'm already thoroughly disappointed with Tiger properties.

So first after we put our application in and sign the lease and get our move-in date. The day before we move in I call their office and ask if there's anything else we need to do before we pick up our keys and the representative said we are all good to go as soon as we step foot in the office to pick up our keys they tell us we have more paperwork to fill out and we have to go to the city water and utilities office to get all of that set up before we can pick up our keys. Like really? You just told us yesterday that we had everything ready to go.

Secondly, we get to the place and there are dead wasps and bugs everywhere. Paint buckets on the floor. The closet door in the master bedroom is broken. There are holes in the wall. Exposed wiring in the living room. The door frames to one of the outside doors is so bent that I could stick my finger through to the other side letting all of the cold air in. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush or fill up properly. There was no showerhead installed.

So far I can't say that I would recommend Tiger properties to anybody. Steer clear and try orange properties.

Currently, I’m an upset renter. I’ve been with Tiger Properties for four years now - two different units. Time and time again I feel neglected by the team at Tiger Properties. To give people an idea, we had a blown out window for seven (7) months. Two different vendors. First one said they didn’t like heights, and I am not joking, never showed up again. Hurricane Helene hits and not even so much as a message of concern. In fact, when I submitted work orders for downed trees their immediate response was - we need to wait for the city’s response first. No empathy. And to add, the tree does not belong to the city. It belongs to a neighbor who neglected the tree, which is a dead tree. This dead tree is still in my driveway making parking difficult. The tree indeed caused damage to my car. Tiger Properties had not an ounce of urgency to help the renter, my wife and I, and not a single response, TO THIS DAY, about removing the tree that is still in the driveway. Nothing. Thanks for your texts, Cole. I have many issues at the moment and I feel neglected as a renter. I feel bad for the people who actually own this apartment and are entrusting Tiger Properties with the care of their investment. Not a good time to send out texts asking for feedback.

They dont care to maintain properties, to get a maintainence response expect at least 5 hours of harrassing managers on the phone, any other maintainence requests just get ignored.

They would get three because the price was very good, but they work with a criminal organization known as death valley towing.
