UPDATE: If looking for a home, stay far away from Jubilee Realtors, both using them or going under contract with a builder who is using them. We went under contract in February and they still don’t even have the permits from our county to build. This should have been done prior to lots even being sold! Unprofessional to say the least.

UPDATE: We have spoken with Vernie, the owner of Jubilee, and he is working to resolve the numerous issues we have had. He said will be working to make sure our experience with Jubilee is a better one. Time will tell if this is proven true. I will continue to update this review.

Beware of Jubilee Realtors! We are currently *trying* to build in a neighborhood where Jubilee represents the builder. They have been terrible, have completely lacked in communication with our realtor and consistently do not do what they say they will do.

From giving us the wrong price on our house plan to surprise costs that were not discussed prior, I highly DO NOT recommend having any association with Jubilee Realtors. If you’re looking to build in a community where Jubilee represents the builder, look elsewhere! Our contract says our house will be done by October yet there is absolutely no sign of any movement. The grass will soon approach 6ft tall. We’ll be lucky if we’re in our new home by 2024.
