Marjorie Yaksich is AMAZING! She did a great job when she sold us our home in 2016 and again in 2024 when she sold the home for us. I could not only trust Marjorie for accurate information and market knowledge but also supported me with my questions, concerns, and kept me "calm" when our sale hit a road block. I would want Marjorie as my agent next time I buy a home again. You can't go wrong with choosing her to be your agent! She will do an amazing job for you too!

I was charged 25 dollars as an application fee that she glanced at. With this money I was told that they were going to run my credit. I was contacted the next day to discover a rule that I was never informed of the day before that I had to make 4 times the amount of the rent a month, and that they didn't even bother to run my credit with the money I paid them to run my credit. The lady then tries to tell me that in the 5 words she spoke to me at the showing the day before that she explained this fact to me and I was just so stupid that I applied for a place I didn't qualify for and thus there is no need for her to run my credit, thanks for the 25 dollars. This is the third 25 dollar application fee I have paid this month but the other companies at least had the decency to run my credit and not respond rudely when I asked why I was denied.

Great real estate office. It is not only the high claibre agents that work with Russ but the high quality Properties and Buyers that his firm attracts. I have been both a seller and a buyer with his firm /agents and can rate them 5 star without reservation and unquivalently they are the best.
