WARNING: RUN!!
Avoid this company at all costs. I hired Lutes Property for a small ceiling repair 08/2024 but the experience was a disaster. Despite repeated promises, they failed to show up on multiple scheduled dates, and when they finally did, the work was subpar (see attached photos). The owner, Brandon, initially offered to make it right but failed to follow through on his commitments and went silent. The company's lack of reliability, poor communication, and shoddy workmanship make them untrustworthy. Don't risk your time and money; take your business elsewhere.
